On this session we present the traditional implementation of MDM solution which from the beginning were intend to enable cheaper and more reliable digital solutions around customer and their relations to products and services.
However, nowadays we realized, that this initiative is evolving and supporting more and more sophisticated and intelligent business necessities.
In practise we are prepared to take next step to enable modern digital eco-system and continue developing our solution towards Data Fabric with Modern Data Strategy.

She provides methods, Ways of Working, strategic solutions and recommendations to internal stakeholders to handle Scania’s Master Data Entities, and their relationships to maximize business benefit and value.

During the last six years he is leading development of Master Data Management solution for operational and analytical use, Scania Customer register with relations to products and services, one of the most important digital assets – the information about Scania Customers.
