Welcome
This gathering will bring together 33 senior decision-makers from across the Middle East in an interactive and highly curated setting. With a sharp focus on how data leaders are operationalizing their strategies, this edition centers around three critical areas of focus: delivering value to the business through data products, establishing a strategic foundation for AI through the right and actionable data, and accelerating governance and data quality using AI itself.
As AI ambitions grow and digital transformation efforts mature across the region, the role of the CDO is rapidly evolving. Today’s data leaders are expected not only to manage complexity and compliance but to actively drive innovation, scale value delivery, and enable AI initiatives that are both impactful and responsible. In this compact four-hour experience, we will explore how CDOs are transitioning from foundational infrastructure to outcome-oriented data products, how they are enabling enterprise AI by delivering scalable, high-quality, and fit-for-purpose data, and how they are using automation and AI to reinforce trust, ensure compliance, and streamline governance at scale.
Built around a series of thematic talks and collaborative roundtable discussions, the TPO33 format fosters candid exchange, peer learning, and practical insight. Every element is designed to support data leaders in advancing their strategic agenda and delivering measurable impact within their organizations.
Join us in Dubai to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and help shape a new phase of data leadership—one that is defined by clarity of purpose, built on operational excellence, and aligned with the opportunities and responsibilities of an AI-enabled world.
