We are pleased to welcome you to this exclusive TPO33 event on the efficient development and deployment of AI projects in the Public Sector. This gathering is designed for CAIOs, CIOs, and
senior AI leaders across government agencies, municipalities, and public institutions, to address both the opportunities and the obstacles of AI adoption in public service.
Unlike the private sector, the public domain has often been more restrictive and conservative when it comes to implementing emerging technologies. While Generative and Agentic AI promise to relieve administrative burdens, improve service delivery, and enable innovation in citizen-facing processes, there remains a pressing need for greater will and capacity to adopt and scale these technologies responsibly.

Marcus Bräutigam is AI Enablement Lead at the Swedish Tax Agency. He plays a central role in strengthening the agency’s AI capabilities through strategic portfolio development, innovation initiatives, and cross-organizational collaboration. Marcus is part of the agency’s Generative AI Transformation Program, contributes expert knowledge to the upcoming AI-verkstaden, and represents the agency in national and international collaborations. He is also actively engaged in knowledge sharing on AI, both within the agency and across the wider public sector.

Robert is first and foremost a jazz-fusion composer, but with a deep background in formal logic and computer science. He has worked on everything from open-source Unix kernel programming, to architecting enterprise cloud environments at Microsoft, and developing original AI-driven products as an entrepreneur. With nearly two decades of experience in handson development of disruptive technologies in enterprise environments, Robert currently provides executive advisory services through The AI Framework to help others make a successful leap into the future.

Patrick is one of Sweden’s foremost leaders and experts in digitization and digital transformation with 25 years of experience from both private and public businesses. In the last years Patrick has been focusing on the public sector and has a background at Agency for digital government (DIGG) in Sweden. He is responsible and has been responsible for several government assignments regarding the use of AI and blockchains in the public sector and is passionate about changing the way we digitize the public sector. He sits on a number of international and national working groups and in 2021 was nominated for AI Swede of the year.
